Financial Information: A card is collected and held on file when booking an appointment.
Technical Information: The type of browser you use, the type of device, time zone settings, (IP) address, and other technological info about the device you use to access our websites may be collected.
Marketing and Communications Information: Your email address and permission to communicate you is collected to send out marketing emails.
Who we share your data with
Your information is shared with platforms used to complete servicing with our company such as payment processors, booking platforms, and email marketing platforms.
How long we retain your data
Data is retained indefinitely unless requested otherwise. When booking an appointment, your information is stored in our booking platform. When signing up for the newsletter, your information is stored unless it is specifically requested to be deleted.
You always have the right to review the personal information we keep about you. You can request an overview of your personal data by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please write “Request personal information” in the subject line of your email and include a copy of your identity card to help us prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing your personal data.
If the personal information we have for you is incorrect, we will update it at your request. You can also ask us to remove your personal data from our client database by sending an email to email@example.com with “Request for removal of personal information” in the subject line.
